Where We Ship

Premier Garage Door Supply ships products across California and nationwide within the United States. We are based in the Bay Area, California. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. Processing may be longer for large, bulk, or special orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Typical delivery times after shipment:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. All fees are displayed before you complete your purchase. For bulk or palletized freight orders, shipping may be quoted separately — contact us before placing a large order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Premier Garage Door Supply is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. Re-shipment fees due to address errors are the customer's responsibility.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, inventory delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Keep all original packaging and photograph any damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for Bay Area, California customers. Please contact us before visiting to confirm availability and hours.

Bulk & Freight Orders

Bulk, wholesale, contractor, custom, or special orders may have different pricing, shipping, cancellation, return, and restocking terms. Freight quotes are provided separately. Any special terms should be confirmed before purchase. Contact us directly to discuss your order requirements.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests after this period will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition with no signs of use or damage
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for written approval — do not ship items back without approval first.
  3. Ship approved items using the instructions we provide.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 22% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Example: a $100 item returned would result in a $78 refund before any shipping deductions.

Shipping Costs on Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our mistake. In that case, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Installed or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to reasons not caused by us
  • Items missing parts, hardware, or original packaging
  • Products marked final sale or clearance at purchase
  • Opened, used, installed, or damaged electrical items (where applicable)

Product Safety

Safety Warning: Garage door springs and tension-related hardware can be dangerous if installed incorrectly. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct parts and following safe installation practices. Premier Garage Door Supply is not responsible for injury, property damage, or losses caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect part selection, or failure to follow safety procedures.
